Adam Gromfin
Chief Legal Officer
Adam Gromfin is the Chief Legal Officer for the company. Adam’s leadership has been crucial in the development and maintenance of the company’s global IP portfolio, negotiation of key strategic partnerships, and management of the company’s litigation portfolio. With responsibility for the Company’s M&A activities, Adam managed the merger and integration with ThreeSixty Sourcing in 2011, the majority sale to AEA investors in 2015, and transformative follow-on acquisitions of FAO Schwarz, Sharper Image, Vornado Air, and Pip Tompkin Design Studio. Prior to joining ThreeSixty, Adam was a litigator at Heller Ehrman in San Francisco, San Francisco’s oldest and most prestigious law firm at the time. Additionally, Adam managed several complex litigation matters for clients such as Visa, PeaceHealth Medical Group, Blue Cross, and the Republic of the Philippines, arguing multiple federal appeals, and briefing multiple Supreme Court cases.
Adam earned a Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Berkeley, double-majoring in Political Science (High Honors) and Rhetoric (Highest Honors) and being inducted his junior year into Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his JD from Harvard Law School.
