Kirk McLean co-founded ThreeSixty Group in 2000. Over 22 years, Kirk guided the transformation of ThreeSixty’s operations from a three-person company, working out of a borrowed backroom, into a 600-person organization serving the world’s largest retailers. Kirk has been foundational in establishing a powerful industry reputation for design-lead product lines creating world’s best play and solutions to everyday problems.

Kirk graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California at Irvine, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
